Our products are made for children aged 2 to 12. Whether you have a toddler just discovering new foods or a fussy 10-year-old who only eats what they recognise — there's something in the Firo range for them.

Maida is highly refined and stripped of most of its nutritional value. Durum wheat, or semolina, is a harder grain with more protein and a lower glycemic index — meaning it's digested more slowly and keeps kids fuller for longer. It also gives pasta a firmer, better texture that holds its shape during cooking.

Refined sugar offers empty calories and nothing else. Jaggery and date powder are natural sweeteners that retain some minerals and have a more complex flavour profile. They let us make food that tastes genuinely good without putting unnecessary refined sugar into your child's diet.

We add real vegetables into our Pizza Pasta Sauce and Tomato Sauce Classic — but we blend and balance them so carefully that most kids genuinely can't tell. The goal is extra nutrition, not a veggie battle at the dinner table. If your child is already suspicious of anything that looks remotely healthy, you're safe.

Yes! Our products are designed to be suitable from age 2. We skip the ingredients most parents of toddlers try hardest to avoid — no refined sugar, no maida, no preservatives, no MSG, no artificial colours or flavours. That said, every child is different, so if your little one has specific allergies or dietary requirements, please do check the ingredient list on each product before purchasing.

Firo is our mascot — a cheerful, adventurous little chef's hat who's always in the middle of some food-fuelled expedition. He's the one exploring dinosaur jungles, floating through space, and roaming across fairytale lands, making mealtime feel like an adventure. Kids will find him on our packs, and he's got a lot more stories to tell as the brand grows.

Right now, Firo pasta comes in five fun shapes — Dinosaur, Safari, ABCD, Space, and Fairytale. Each one is a world Firo has explored (and brought back a recipe from, naturally).

The plain shaped pasta is just the pasta — great if you already have a sauce you love or want to pair with our Pizza Pasta Sauce. The Pasta with Premix comes with either a Pink Sauce or Mac & Cheese seasoning, so all you need to do is cook the pasta, add the premix, and dinner's sorted. Both are made with durum wheat and follow all our non-negotiables.
