We want every Firo order to make it to your table in perfect shape. Here's everything you need to know if something goes wrong.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on our website, we're unable to cancel it. Please double-check your cart, delivery address, and product selection before completing your purchase.

 


 

2. What's Eligible for a Return or Refund?

Since Firo makes food for children, we maintain strict quality standards. Returns are only accepted in the following cases: your product arrived physically damaged, is defective or spoiled, the wrong item was delivered, or a product is missing from your order.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind after delivery, products that have been opened and partially used, claims raised after 7 days of delivery, or products purchased from third-party sellers.

 


 

3. How to Raise a Complaint or Return Request

We make it simple. Record a clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging — we recommend recording a package-opening video for all orders, as this helps us resolve issues faster. Then reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and the photo or video over email or WhatsApp. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.

 


 

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your return request is approved, we'll offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, based on the nature of the issue and your preference. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived, appears to be lost in transit, or tracking hasn't updated in an unusual amount of time, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation from our courier partner. We'll coordinate with the delivery partner and keep you updated.
