Shipping policy
We want your Firo order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase — there are no surprise fees after that point.
We offer free shipping on orders above (insert threshold, e.g. ₹499). This will be reflected automatically at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the courier partner handling your shipment. As a general guide:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier practices, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Products from a single order may occasionally be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to follow your order in real time. If you have trouble tracking your order or haven't received your tracking details, please reach out to us and we'll help.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives with damaged packaging or the product inside is damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately with a photo or video of the condition. We recommend recording a short video while opening your package for all orders — this makes it much easier for us to resolve any issues quickly. 6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Apple Edibles will not be responsible for orders that are undelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails on both attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
